Monthly kits and stuff

Ok I went to Michael's today for the first time in who knows when, used my 50% off coupon and spent $100 lol.  I had a lot of catching up to do after 5 years. ;)  Now here's the kicker.  I was researching some monthly kit clubs that I used to belong to and it looks like both are out of business.  Paperdilies and Scrapbook Obsessions. In fact many kit clubs seem to be non existent, at least the ones that existed 5 years ago.  What kit clubs do you belong to?  I'm trying to find a new one to join, preferably one that offers lots of various embellishments so I can try new things.

I haven't scrapped in a few years and I have never participated in a sketch challenge before.  I've realized that althought I have a craft room full of supplies I'm still missing a lot of things hehehe.  I need more stamps!

Update

Ok I've been blogging for a few days now and I think I figured out all the main things I needed to know, yahoooo! =)  Time to make some new crafts. I'll think I'll start with a weekly sketch challenge.

Ok I just learned my lesson.  Trying to get back into a hobby that I've been neglecting for some time now and the main site where I posted all of my old projects and crafts no longer has a gallery function.  I've been on at least two computers since I last uploaded my projects.  Let's see if I can find some of my old work on my old computer lol.  Worst case scenario is I photograph what I still have.
